We are a privately owned small practice located near the heart of Waynesville, NC. We pride ourselves in offering a holistic healing approach for clients of all ages. We are passionate about working specifically with children and families in our mountain community. We offer a variety of mental health services, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma focused (CBT) play therapy, and expressional art therapy. We are seeking to grow in our holistic treatment ideology for our clients.
Hope Within Therapy and Wellness is seeking a compassionate, holistic minded, skilled nutritionist/dietician to partner with for our client’s journey to complete wellness. This role would include collaboration with our mental health therapists for our clients. The nutritionist would deliver personalized nutrition care and wellness advice in our office or through telehealth.
Qualifications
Experienced and passionate about working with children and families
A responsible, independent worker that can communicate effectively
Holistically minded: a whole person ideological perspective
Bachelor’s Degree in nutrition required or equivalent Bachelor’s in a related field from an accredited school.
Certification/Licensure Specific Requirements:
RD: Currently a Registered Dietitian through the Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR) or LDN: Current certification as a Licensed Nutritionist and licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina.2 + years of supervised training and experience working as a Registered Dietitian.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with our therapist to create the best treatment plan for clients
Timely upload of documentation
Participate in weekly meetings
Independently making your own schedule within the framework of Hope Within agency guidelines.
Keep in line with Hope Within standards of treatment, care, and ethics
Collaboration and continuation of care

We are seeking an experienced mental health therapist that is passionate about working with children and families.
Qualifications
Experienced and passionate about working with children and families
The desired candidate will hold an active license in the state of North Carolina - (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
Possible Supervision with LCSW if candidate is a LCSWA/LCASA in the process of actively working towards full licensure
A responsible, independent worker that can communicate effectively
Holistically minded: a whole person ideological perspective
A reliable laptop
2+ years of experience (specifically with children and families)

Conduct assessments, create treatment plans

Possibly managing crisis situations by using appropriate interventions and keeping the client(s) safe.
